Recent contributions include $1,000 to Take Stock in Children, which helps provide educational opportunities and mentorship for deserving youth, and $2,500 to the Wildwood Soup Kitchen, nourishing individuals and families facing food insecurity.
The Foundation’s reach extends even further, with a remarkable $25,000 donation to the Comprehensive Breast Health Program at UF Health Spanish Plaines Hospital. Additionally, the VHA Foundation has championed local causes such as the Buffalo HERD, Operation Shoebox, and Horses with a Mission—each receiving $500 to advance their missions of service, support, and community enrichment. The Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches also received $500, which will aid programs dedicated to helping at-risk youth build brighter futures.
