Helping Hands Needs You: Two Volunteer Positions Open Now

Helping Hands provides durable medical equipment to Villages residents who need it and right now, we need dedicated volunteers to keep that mission moving. We have two open positions and are looking to fill them as soon as possible.

Equipment Handler

Do you have a cargo van, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 40 pounds? This hands-on role is a great fit for someone who likes to stay active and make a tangible difference in a neighbor’s life.

Call Coordinators answer incoming calls and emails, schedule reservations, and provide pickup and drop-off information to residents. A cellphone and laptop are provided for remote work.

What you’ll need:

  • Friendly telephone manner and clear communication skills
  • Basic computer familiarity (Excel experience a plus, but not required)
