Are you a recent transplant to Florida, or have you been here for a while but have not had your out-of-state legal documents reviewed? If so, this event is for you!
The VHA is hosting a valuable event to discuss the key aspects of estate planning in Florida. Our presenter, Audra Platt from the Pittman Law Firm, will delve into wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, ensuring your documents align with Florida’s specific legal requirements.
The Overview of Estate Planning in Florida program will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at the Lake Miona Recreation Center, 1526 Buena Vista Boulevard. The event will be from 6:00pm– 7:30pm, with doors opening around 5:30pm. Do not miss this free event! Space is limited, so secure your spot today! This event is open to non-VHA members. You can pre-register for this event at thevha.net/event/estate-planning.
You will receive an email confirming your reservation. This reservation is good until 5:45pm on the evening of the event. We will release unused reservations at that time for anyone who attends on a walk-in basis until room capacity is achieved. Please remember to bring your resident ID card.
For those not able to attend, this and other programs can be viewed on our VHA website and Facebook page.
