
New Satellite Office for District Government Customer Service
Today, the ribbon was cut on the brand-new Customer Service satellite office in La Hacienda Recreation Center. In addition to the services that Recreation staff provide at many Regional Rec Centers, now you can:
- Replace Resident ID Cards
- Obtain Gate Access Cards
- Obtain Guest IDs
- Purchase Executive Golf Trail Pass
- Pay Utility/Amenity Bill
- Obtain Bond Information
- And Much More
For example, I was able to find out that the clear laminate cover for my resident ID was just a protective film that could have been peeled off years ago, instead of gradually peeling itself. No need for a new card!
When you arrive at the La Hacienda parking lot, enter the main doors, and turn sharp right. There it is, fully staffed with utility experts, customer service specialists, and all very friendly folks.
For folks in the historic section of The Villages and Districts 1 through 4, this will be a very welcome addition. This a much shorter ride than heading to Lake Sumter Landing, usually plenty of parking, while still being close to the Spanish Springs Market Square.
