Join us for the opportunity to learn more about deed restrictions and how they may impact any construction or improvements you wish to do to your home. You’ll be introduced to the Community Standards Department and learn about what services they can provide to you. Find out when you need to obtain Architectural Review Board approval and when you do not.
Our presenter will be Matthew Armstrong, MPA, Director of The Villages® District Government’s Community Standards Department.
The event will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at Colony Cottage Recreation Center. The event will be from 6 to 7:15 p.m. with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. You can pre-register for this event by going to the VHA website and finding registration information under the “Events” tab on the home page.
