Event Details:

Deed compliance can be challenging as different Villages have different processes to report compliance issues. A representative from Community Standards and Deed Compliance will examine an existing deed to help residents understand what constitutes a violation and what issues are not violations. We’ll also discuss what improvements require architectural review and what home improvements do not require ARC review/approval.
