We empower caregivers with the knowledge, support and programs to help them prepare for and cope with the challenges that lie ahead. Our organization offers a variety of peer support groups, counseling sessions, educational programs and wellness events to help caregivers with the day-to-day tasks of caring for their loved ones, as well as maintaining their own health.

The Alzheimer's Association Central and North Florida Chapter serves 43 counties with education and support, as well as raising funds for critical research. We provide education and support to all those facing Alzheimer’s and other dementias throughout our community, including those living with the disease, caregivers, health care professionals and families. We are also committed to advocating for the needs and rights of those facing Alzheimer’s disease and advancing critical research toward methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure.

This is a nonprofit, state-run organization striving to be a one-stop shop that connects seniors with resources, including healthy aging information and programs for caregivers.

We provide ongoing educational webinars and in-person events to help educate the community on topics that can assist them in their daily lives.
