I challenge you. It is mid-summer, hot and humid. Your friends say it is too hot to play golf or pickleball. I have an idea. Find out when and where your local CDD meets and attend a monthly meeting. Your CDD supervisors are making decisions regarding the expenditure of maintenance funds. Your supervisors also make decisions on amenity fees fund expenditure by directing your Project Wide or AAC representative. These are crucial decisions that can impact your future and the futures of those who follow you.

The VHA leadership, which includes your Neighborhood Representative, is proud to provide educational forums regularly that provide an overview of District Government departments and much more. Rich Cole regularly provides an editorial piece for the Daily Sun and our publication, The Voice. Reading these editorials, attending a CDD meeting, or an educational forum will take only minutes of your time.

Get Involved and Make a Difference. The difference you make will be the enhancement of the pleasures available in our great community. If you have questions about our programs or would like to discuss any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact one of our leaders. We are more than happy to assist you.
