For many people, January is the starting point for healthy diets, workouts, and self-improvement plans. Perhaps it is time to take off those holiday pounds and turn the page on past indulgences. But where do you start, and how do you choose from the many plans and advice available? With so much information, it’s easy to become confused or overwhelmed. Making drastic changes to your diet could also be dangerous without medical oversight and difficult to maintain without ongoing support. But with the right tools, you can boost your chances for success—whatever your goals.
