Proud to Support Angel Wigs of Hope
Carol Duggan (right), of the Village of Santiago and a member of The VHA Foundation’s committee, presents a check for $1,000 to Marie Hulsizer, President and Founder of Angel Wigs of Hope. This charitable organization was founded to help provide new wigs and necessary materials, at no cost, to women who are navigating the side effects of cancer treatments.
