Are you a resident of Community Development District (CDD) #4? If so, you’re part of The Villages’ unique Marion County section! The Villages Homeowners Association (VHA) invites all residents to an informative program designed to shed light on the distinct aspects of living in this part of America’s Friendliest Hometown, while also highlighting what remains wonderfully the same.
Join us on Tuesday, June 3rd at 6:00 PM at the Mulberry Grove Recreation Center as we delve into topics crucial for Marion County residents:
- Learn about the elected officials who serve you for CDD #4, the Amenity Authority Committee (AAC), and the Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
- Discover how fire and emergency medical services (EMS) and law enforcement are primarily provided by Marion County in CDD #4. Learn about the continuing role of The Villages Public Safety Department in areas like smoke detector assistance, AED programs, and CPR/AED classes.
- While all facilities and amenities are similarly maintained to those in the rest of The Villages, we will explore the similarities and key differences in District Government services in CDD #4 compared to the rest of The Villages, including the impact on your taxes and fees.
- Gain valuable insights into deed compliance matters, county permitting and inspection processes, and some suggested best practices for successful applications.
This is a valuable opportunity for all Villagers in this unique area to deepen their understanding of living in Marion County. Registration can be completed at www.thevha.net (under the events tab).
