The Villages Health (TVH) understands that finding just the right health care at just the right place at just the right time can be challenging. We also know that for many people – either
those who are Medicare eligible and are new movers to the area, are soon turning 65, or even those with special medical conditions – finding a primary care physician may be difficult for a number of reasons.
TVH recognizes the challenges many of us face in gaining access to the expert health care services we deserve, and we are committed to honoring our mission of building America’s Healthiest Hometown right here in The Villages.
How are we doing this?
Now through the end of the year, which coincides with Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, our entire TVH team is committed to assist those who are Medicare eligible in selecting a primary care physician with one of our affiliated Florida Medicare Advantage Plans. We’re pulling out all the stops to accommodate appointment requests at each of our seven primary care centers.
If you are Medicare eligible and select one of the Medicare Advantage plans we accept at TVH, which includes plans with UnitedHealthcare, Florida Blue, and Humana, we can help get you established as our primary care patient.
Our specialty care services accept a variety of additional insurance plans as well. Primary and specialty care services work collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcomes for all
patients.
Why are we doing this?
Because for more than a decade, THV has served the health care needs of tens of thousands of patients, and we want to be sure that any Medicare eligible individual with select Florida
Medicare Advantage Plans has the opportunity to become our patient.
Our care teams are on a mission to keep you healthy and heal you quickly. Led by our board-certified primary care physicians, each team consists of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) as well as Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) and other highly skilled health care professionals who enhance the services you receive before, during, and after each appointment to ensure your successful health care journey.
