Tony Hatcher has been the manager of The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Co. in Lady Lake for over three years. Villagers love the Brooklyn Water Company; they say the bagels are just like what those at home in New York.  It’s a fun place, too, with famous Brookynites names on the walls, a window to view the bagels being made, and a great variety of coffee, hot and iced, to choose from. With the recent addition of Carnegie Deli Corn Beef and Pastrami there is even more to be excited about at Brooklyn Bagel. Homemade muffins, cookies and Rugalach are customer favorites, too. With a variety of cream cheeses to choose from, the bagels are the best in central Florida!
