How to Request or Donate Medical Equipment

It is very easy to request equipment.  Just call 352-973-2284 to speak with our Coordinators:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Calls received after hours will be returned by a Coordinator within 24 hours
(except weekends when our office is closed)

You may also, request equipment or donate equipment by:

fill out the form and press Submit.
A Coordinator will contact you within 24 hours.

Pick up and Return Procedures

We loan free durable medical equipment exclusively to The Villages residents and their guests as a non-profit, Neighbor-Helping-Neighbor volunteer-run program.

Office hours for pick-up, return and donation of equipment are:
Monday – Friday 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at our location in Spanish Springs
at 1104 Main Street in the parking lot behind Kilwin’s.

Please note:  Our office is for the pickup and collection of equipment only. We do not have a showroom for displaying and viewing purposes.
