Hwy. 27/441, SW corner of N 27/441 and Fennell Blvd.   Stonewood Village Subdivision; Location – Highland Trail and Woodland Trail – 95 single lots.   Traditional “Old Florida” Village style development consisting of restaurants, shops, and apartments.  Location – 18.5 acres, located south of Hwy. 466 and Rolling Acres Road.   Del Mar Gate renovation to allow for more traffic.   Under Construction   Sunset Professional Plaza; Location, 805 Hwy. 466   Assisted Living (3 story); Location, Avenida Central and Alverez Ave.   Spanish Springs new drive thru banking at Citizens Bank, Location, Cabellero Ct. across from Spanish Springs Transit Depot   Keke Restaurant; Location, between Kirkland’s and World Rug Store   Golf Cart Service Center (previous Citizens Bank); Location, Avenida Central and Bichara Blvd.   Katie Belles renovation has begun.  Completion should be in the fall.  Location, Spanish Springs   Texas Roadhouse Restaurant in front of Sam’s Club, Hwy. 27/441   SteinMart Dept. Store; Location, behind McDonalds on Hwy. 27/441   World of Beer; Location, Downtown Spanish Springs   Replacement or renovation of 80 older homes in the Historical Area of The Villages   Completed New Projects   Pools have lighting and are now open until 11 p. m. every day.  Location; Chula Vista, Hilltop, Southside, and family pool at Paradise Rec. Center.   Orange Blossom Country Club and Restaurant; open to the public.   Outside Exercise Experience; Location, across from Paradise Rec.
