AAC - September Meeting

SEPTEMBER AMENITY AUTHORITY COMMISSION The September 10th AAC meeting, held at the Savannah Center covered many areas including: * Chula Vista opening on Friday, Sept. 26, 10 a.m. * The Recreation bonds will be handled the week of Sept. 16th * The pool lighting for the four Lady Lake pools (Paradise, Hilltop, Chula Vista, and Silver Lake) is taking a little longer than expected. They hope to have the lighting fixed by the end of November. For now, these pools will continue to close at dusk. * Paradise “B” recreation area should be complete by Dec. 18. This area is just north of the archery range. * Silver Lake Recreation Center is now open. * El Santiago Recreation Center construction drawings are in hand and the bidding process should begin in October. * The 2014/2015 Recreation Amenity Division Funds balance (VCCDD) is $41,457,000 a decrease of $55,000 from this year. * 6 inch golf hole testing at El Santiago golf course is due to end by Oct. 1. * The updated cameras at the gates will allow more detail about gate “Crashers.” The next Amenity Authority Commission Meeting is Wednesday, Oct. 8th, 9 a.m. at the Savannah Recreation Center and is open to all property owners.
