This presentation is specifically designed for Lake County residents living in the

“Historic” northern section of The Villages. Because areas such as Orange

Blossom Gardens and Silver Lake do not fall under a traditional numbered

residential CDD, their governance and financing structures are unique. Residents

will get a general overview of their overall services then focus on the non-CDD

areas (such as Orange Blossom and Silver Lake) and explain how their

governance and financing structure differs from the broader Villages community.

Residents will hear from representatives of District Government and other local officials.
