On behalf of the VHA Region 6 and 7 Board Members and Neighborhood Reps, I would like to welcome you to the Region 6 and 7 Section of the Villages Homeowners Association Web Site.  Here we will post additional information that we believe is of particular interest to the residents in our regions.  This includes calendar events, updates on newsworthy items and issues, and neighborhood events that you can also find on the Postal Bulletin Boards that the VHA voluntarily maintains on behalf of all residents.  If you have items of interest you would like to see posted please contact your local neighborhood rep.

POSTAL STATION BULLETIN BOARD VHA REP CONTACTS

"In compliance with SLCDD Rules, each Bulletin Board may only be used for informational purposes for the patrons of the postal facility.  Commercial Ads, Calling Cards, and For Sale Signs are not allowed."

Guidelines for Use:

Ø     Flyers should be no larger than 8" x 6" (half sheet of typical printer paper) to satisfy need for space.

Ø    No business cards, no items for sale are permitted, except for tickets to a dance or function sponsored by a club in your Village.

Ø     Priority is given to events in your own Village, but from time to time other clubs and events may be publicized that may be of interest to your Village.  VHA Representative responsible for each bulletin board will use his or her discretion.

Ø     Individuals promoting cruises, clubs, events, etc. can not expect a sign to stay up for months.

Ø     Items should not be posted or taped on the outside of the bulletin board or on the walls of the Postal Station. They will be removed and discarded.
